  A 10% non-refundable deposit of the total villa rental cost is required to confirm your reservation and the remaining 90% balance of the total villa rental cost is payable 90 days prior to the date of your arrival and is non-refundable. Deposits on a villa rental will not be refunded if a visit is delayed or cancelled because of transportation difficulties. Guests are therefore urged to purchase travel insurance. To avoid delays, exchange rate fluctuations and bank charges, it is requested that payments be made by wire transfer.
